Alison has been working as a Diabetes Nurse Specialist for 30 years and has been involved in the development of diabetes care in primary care for the past 6 years. She is passionate about enabling others to provide consistent and comprehensive care to their patients with diabetes, which enables individuals to make informed health choices and seek the correct support and advice when required. Alison works closely with the secondary care team which enables up to date knowledge across all aspects of diabetes care.
