This comprehensive workshop is for any a health professional who is keen to develop their knowledge and skills in Diabetes (GPNS and AHP and NAs) for LTC reviews and care planning for Diabetic patients.

The day will be run by a specialist Diabetes Nurse with extensive experience in primary care. Learning will be with a blend of PowerPoint presentation, group discussion and case studies to incorporate core knowledge in Diabetes.
